The Deskimo testimonial
Deskimo's sales team tells Cedric about new leads in Slack and the tracker sheet stays current and clean. Christian Mischler, co-founder of Deskimo, on how it works.

Deskimo is the on-demand workspace app of Southeast Asia: desks and meeting rooms by the minute across Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the UAE, no membership. It came out of Y Combinator, and its co-founder Christian Mischler co-founded foodpanda before it. Leads arrive the way they do at any fast-moving sales team, in messages, and someone has to get each one into the tracker sheet before it goes cold.
Christian added Cedric to the sales team's Slack and pointed it at that sheet.
I was impressed to see our team using it spontaneously. Linking it with our systems was very easy, and it now helps us with all of our lead management.
The convenient part is that everybody has access to it. One Cedric sits in the team's Slack, every member of the team can use it, and it knows the company: the sheet, who owns which lead, what a complete row looks like. Onboarding a new person is telling them to message Cedric. Onboarding a new lead is the same message.
Every update comes back as a short note: what changed, what is still missing. When a lead arrives with half the details, the gaps are marked in the sheet instead of silently left blank. The sales team lives in Slack and WhatsApp, so nobody had to learn a new tool, and when they asked for a long-term fix so leads flow in on their own, Cedric set that up too.
Within a day it was reading our tracker, adding leads exactly where they belong and cleaning up errors we hadn't even noticed. Every update tells us what changed and what's still missing.
If your tracker is always a week behind
This is the whole setup: add Cedric to Slack, point it at the sheet, tell it about leads as they come in. Everyone in the team can, from day one. No seats, free to start.
Free to start, no card, no seats.
