Prep every meeting

The AI teammate that
preps every meeting.

Say which meeting. Cedric reads the calendar, the notes from last time, the mail thread, the CRM and the channels, and posts a brief an hour before: who you are meeting, what changed since, what to ask, and what to keep out.

@Cedric prep me for my 2pm with Meridian.

Here is the plan:
  1. The calendar: who is on the invite, when, the link.
  2. Last time: the notes from the July demo and the mail thread with Anna.
  3. What changed since: the CRM, the channels, what shipped.
  4. What to ask, and what to keep out of the call.

Stop walking into
meetings cold.

Done by hand, preparing means opening the calendar, the CRM, last time's notes and a mail thread ten minutes before the call, if there are ten minutes. Most days there are not.

Without Cedric

  • ×Five tabs open ten minutes before the call.
  • ×Last time's promises, half remembered.
  • ×What changed since, learned on the call.
  • ×The same question asked twice.

With Cedric

  • One brief in the channel, an hour before.
  • What was said last time, from the notes.
  • What changed since, from the CRM and the channels.
  • The questions to ask, and what to keep out.

The brief, an hour before.

The brief Cedric posted for that one ask, names changed. Who, why the call exists, what changed since, what to ask, and what to keep out of the room.

Meeting prep, answered

The one you name, or every external meeting on the calendar if you say so once. It posts the brief an hour before.

The calendar invite, the notes from last time if Cedric was in that call, the mail thread with the person, the CRM record, and the channels for what changed since.

It says so and briefs from the mail and the CRM instead. In the run behind this page there were no call notes with that person, so it used the account's wider record and said that.

What it finds should not be raised, with the reason: in the run behind this page, pricing, because the paid agreement sat with someone else.

If you ask. It sits in the call, takes the notes, and the next brief starts from them.

Only you, unless you say. Sending it to a colleague or posting a reminder in the channel asks first.
