Pipedrive, kept current from the conversation.
Ask what is open, move the deal, book the follow-up, and Cedric proposes the change in Pipedrive before it saves anything.
$50 in free credits when you sign up. No card needed.
- Pipedrive is built around the pipeline, and the pipeline is only useful when it is current.
- Ask in plain words: the open deals in a stage, everything on one organization, the notes from last week's calls.
- After a call, Cedric drafts the update: value, expected close date, stage, the note, the next activity, and asks before saving.
- Marking a deal won or lost, with the reason, is one approval away instead of a form.
- Creating, reassigning or deleting deals and contacts changes shared team data, so each one waits for your yes.
What can a Pipedrive AI agent do?
The first job is finding things. Cedric searches deals, people, organizations, leads and notes in Pipedrive by name, keyword or filter, and comes back with the record rather than a link to it. It can also list your pipelines, stages, users and custom field definitions, so a question like "what is sitting in Negotiation for more than two weeks" is answered against your own setup, not a generic one.
The second job is keeping the record true. Cedric creates deals, contacts and organizations, attaches notes or files, updates a deal's value, expected close date, owner, custom fields and pipeline stage, and moves deals between stages or marks them won or lost with a reason. It schedules, reschedules and completes activities such as calls, meetings and follow-up tasks. Where product tracking is enabled, it adds and manages products or line items on a deal. Every write is proposed first; this is the CRM update most sales teams want off their plate.
The third job is reporting. Cedric summarizes open deals, forecasts and recent wins or losses for a pipeline, a stage or an owner, in the thread where someone asked. Requests are rate limited per account, so a very large pull is paged rather than done in one go.
After the demo
The deal moves, the follow-up is booked.
Marcus Feldman9:14 AM
@Cedric the Northwind demo went well. Move it to Negotiation, bump the value to 14,000, and put a follow-up call in for next Tuesday at 10.
CedricAPP9:15 AM
Found it: deal "Northwind Logistics, annual plan", stage Demo Scheduled, value 9,500, owner you, expected close 30 September. Proposed: stage to Negotiation, value to 14,000, and a call activity on Tuesday 9 September at 10:00 assigned to you. I will also add a note with your line about the demo. Close date stays; say so if it should move.

No setup project, no workflow builder, no field mapping. The flow is the same for every tool Cedric connects to.
- 01
Install Cedric where your team talks
One click. It joins your Slack like any other member, and everyone shares the same Cedric.
- 02
Connect Pipedrive from the dashboard
Open the Integrations page and sign in with Pipedrive on its own screen. Cedric never sees or stores your password, and you can revoke the connection in one click at any time.
A fresh connection can look but not touch: read-only until you say otherwise.
- 03
Ask in plain words
Back in the channel, try it: "which deals are stuck in negotiation?". You describe the outcome; Cedric picks the Pipedrive actions the ask needs. There is nothing to configure.
Connect for the whole workspace so the team shares it, or keep the connection personal. Two accounts are fine too; each gets a short name.
- 04
Let it become routine
Schedule the recurring version of the ask, and let Cedric fold Pipedrive into bigger jobs that cross your other tools. Anything that would leave your workspace still comes back as a preview to approve first.
Better in company
The call happens in Google Meet and the recap goes out through Gmail; the Pipedrive update sits between the two. One ask covers the note on the deal, the next activity and the email draft, each waiting for approval.
A Google Calendar invite and a Pipedrive activity describe the same follow-up, so Cedric can schedule both from one message. For the forecast, the pipeline numbers can be set beside the targets in Google Sheets with the gaps named.
Where the limits are
Pipedrive is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the Pipedrive connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.
Pipedrive's rate limits apply per account. A large pull of deals or activities is paged rather than fetched in one request, so a report over the whole history takes longer than one over a stage.
Creating, reassigning or deleting deals and contacts changes shared team data. Cedric can do all three, and asks every time. A deal is never reassigned or removed on a hunch.
Cedric sees what the Pipedrive connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.
Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.
FAQ
Yes. Pipedrive is one of the 3,200+ apps in Cedric's catalog: connect it once from the dashboard, on Pipedrive's own sign-in screen, and ask in plain words. There is no built-in playbook for it, so Cedric works from what the connection can read and do, and tells you when something is out of reach.
No. Workflow automations you set up in Pipedrive keep running. Cedric works on top of them, reading and proposing changes the way a colleague with access would, and your automations react to the saved record as they normally do.
Yes, with a reason, and only after you confirm. It shows the deal, the proposed outcome and the reason it will record, then waits. Reading the pipeline never needs an approval; changing it always does.
Connect it for the whole workspace and everyone shares it, with one person authorising once. A connection you would rather not share, a personal inbox for instance, can stay personal to you.
Yes, and it starts that way: a fresh connection can look but not touch until you say otherwise. Even with write access granted, anything that changes or sends waits for an approval.
