Terms of Service

Thanks for using Cedric. These are the basic ground rules for using the service, offered to you by SFF S26 AG, a Swiss company. We've kept them short and in plain language. By using Cedric, you agree to them.

Early access

Cedric is in early access. That means it's genuinely useful today, and also still evolving. Features may change, move, or occasionally break, and some may be added or removed as we improve. We'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but you should expect the odd rough edge that comes with a young product.

Using Cedric responsibly

Please use Cedric for its intended purpose and within the law. Don't use it to harm others, to reach accounts or data you aren't entitled to, to send spam or abuse, or to interfere with how the service works for anyone else. You're responsible for what you ask Cedric to do and for the accounts and tools you connect to it.

Your accounts and data

When you connect a tool, such as your email or calendar, you're giving Cedric permission to act with it on your behalf so it can do the work you ask. You stay in control: you can disconnect a tool at any time, and Cedric asks before anything significant. You're responsible for having the right to connect the accounts and share the information you bring in.

Security, and your own risk

We take reasonable care to keep the service and your data safe. That said, Cedric is early access, and you use it at your own risk. While we're in this phase, we'd gently suggest not putting your most sensitive or irreplaceable information into it, and keeping your own copies of anything important. No online service can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Availability

We aim to keep Cedric dependable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may need to pause, limit, or change parts of the service, sometimes without notice, to maintain or improve it.

Provided as is

Cedric is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for losses that arise from using, or not being able to use, the service, again to the extent the law allows. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cedric grows. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Cedric after a change means you're okay with the new version.
