Cedric joins your calls on his own

Turn on automatic joining and Cedric joins the meetings on your calendar, with a switch for each meeting. You no longer have to paste a link or invite him every time.

When the call ends, the notes go to everyone who was on it. Anything Cedric drafts from the call waits for your yes before it goes out.

Share Cedric, and you both get credits

Every workspace has a share link, on the dashboard and in Settings. When another team starts its workspace through it, both workspaces get 25,000 credits. When a teammate joins your workspace through it, your workspace gets 10,000.

Files, in one place

A new Files page holds what Cedric made and what your team uploaded, in folders. Keep a file and it stays; the rest clear themselves after 30 days. Cedric reads, files and sends from the same place.

Add a note before you approve

Every card in the Action Center takes an extra instruction before you approve it, like "send it Tuesday" or "copy Maria". A card can also ask you several questions at once before it runs.

More ways to connect a tool

Apps that work with an API key now connect from the Integrations page like any other: paste the key and it is stored encrypted. X connects this way, with your own developer keys.

You can also add your own tool server by its address. Cedric checks it and shows what it can do before anything is saved, and a server that needs a sign-in opens the vendor's sign-in page. Keep it private or share it with the team. Bring your own tools has the details.

Boards, and pages with their own layout

Ask for a board and Cedric makes a Kanban board and shares it as a link. Your team moves, adds and edits cards there, and Cedric reads the board when you ask where things stand.

He can also publish a page with its own layout, a one-off report or a mockup, as a link anyone on the team can open.

The company brain, easier to shape

Edit a memory right where it sits, and export the whole brain as a Markdown file. When you teach Cedric about your company, you can hand him links, notes and documents to read. The company brain explains how it works.

Set up in two questions

A new workspace answers two questions: what the business does, and its website. Cedric reads the site and greets you with three automations that fit, ready to switch on or skip.

He fixes his own messages

Ask Cedric to correct or remove something he posted, and he edits or deletes his own message. It works in Slack, Telegram, Discord and the dashboard.

Cedric joins your meetings

Drop a call link in the thread, or put Cedric on the calendar invite at his own address, and he joins the call. He takes notes throughout, answers when someone addresses him by name, and queues any action he picks up for your approval.

When the call ends, the summary is posted back to the channel. When the last person from your workspace leaves the room, Cedric leaves too.
