The contract, sent and chased from the thread.

Ask who has signed, send the reminder, fetch the signed copy. Cedric proposes each send in DocuSign and waits for your yes.

$50 in free credits when you sign up. No card needed.

  • A contract out for signature raises the same question every day: who has signed, and who is holding it up.
  • Cedric checks any agreement's status, names who signed and who is pending, and lists agreements by status, recipient, date or folder.
  • It sends a document or template to named recipients in a signing order, with standard fields like names, dates and amounts filled in.
  • Reminders, recipient corrections, voiding with a reason, and the signed copy with its audit trail are all handled from the thread.
  • Sending, voiding or correcting an agreement is legally meaningful, so each one waits for your yes.

What can a DocuSign AI agent do?

Most of what a team wants from DocuSign is a status: has the client signed, who is still pending, what is stuck from last month. A DocuSign AI agent answers those from the conversation. Cedric checks the current status of any agreement, including who has signed and who is still pending, and searches and lists agreements by status, recipient, date range or folder, which is enough to build the progress report without opening the dashboard.

The other half is moving agreements along. Cedric sends a document or a template out for signature to one or more named recipients in a set signing order, and it creates and reuses templates, filling in standard fields such as names, dates and amounts before sending. For an agreement already in flight, it sends reminders to recipients who have not signed, corrects recipient details, or voids an agreement sent by mistake with a reason recorded. It can also generate a signing link so a person signs directly inside another app or page. Each of these is proposed first, which is what lets client onboarding start from the channel where the deal closed.

When everyone has signed, Cedric downloads the completed document along with the audit trail showing when and by whom each action was taken, so the signed copy lands where the team asked for it. Hourly request limits apply on DocuSign's side, and a completed document cannot be edited; a change after signing means a new agreement.

The stuck contract

One signer pending, one reminder proposed, one yes.

@Cedric where is the Corvid Media services agreement, and remind whoever hasn't signed yet.

CedricAPP9:15 AM

"Corvid Media, Services Agreement" was sent 26 August to two recipients in order: Dana Whitfield signed on 27 August; Marcus Lee (CFO) is pending and last viewed it on 1 September. Proposed: a reminder to Marcus Lee now, standard wording, with your name as sender. Nothing else on the agreement changes.

Send the reminder to Marcus Lee?

Tracked

Any agreement's status, who signed and who is pending, and lists by status, recipient, date range or folder for the progress report.

Sent

A document or template to named recipients in signing order, standard fields filled in, or a signing link for another page, on your yes.

Retrieved

The completed signed document with its audit trail showing when and by whom each action was taken.

Connect DocuSign in a minute

No setup project, no workflow builder, no field mapping. The flow is the same for every tool Cedric connects to.

  1. 01

Install Cedric where your team talks

One click. It joins your Slack like any other member, and everyone shares the same Cedric.

  2. 02

    Connect DocuSign from the dashboard

Open the Integrations page and sign in with DocuSign on its own screen. Cedric never sees or stores your password, and you can revoke the connection in one click at any time.

A fresh connection can look but not touch: read-only until you say otherwise.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain words

Back in the channel, try it: "which agreements are still waiting for a signature?". You describe the outcome; Cedric picks the DocuSign actions the ask needs. There is nothing to configure.

Connect for the whole workspace so the team shares it, or keep the connection personal. Two accounts are fine too; each gets a short name.

  4. 04

    Let it become routine

Schedule the recurring version of the ask, and let Cedric fold DocuSign into bigger jobs that cross your other tools. Anything that would leave your workspace still comes back as a preview to approve first.

Better in company

The deal closes in HubSpot or Salesforce; Cedric can send the agreement template with the contact's name and the deal amount filled in, and note the signature status back on the record, each step on your yes.

The chase goes through Gmail when a DocuSign reminder is not enough, and the kickoff goes into Google Calendar once the last signature lands. Ask for both in one message and Cedric proposes the email and the invite together.

Where the limits are

DocuSign is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the DocuSign connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.

Sending, voiding and correcting are legally meaningful. Each one is proposed with the recipients, the document and the reason, and runs only on your yes. Nothing goes out for signature on a hunch.

Completed documents cannot be edited. A change after signing means a new agreement, and hourly request limits apply to the connection on DocuSign's side.

Cedric sees what the DocuSign connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.

Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.

FAQ

Yes. DocuSign is one of the 3,200+ apps in Cedric's catalog: connect it once from the dashboard, on DocuSign's own sign-in screen, and ask in plain words. There is no built-in playbook for it, so Cedric works from what the connection can read and do, and tells you when something is out of reach.

Yes, from a template. It reuses your templates and fills the standard fields, names, dates and amounts, before sending to the named recipients in the order you set. The filled draft is shown before it goes out.

Yes. Once an agreement is complete it downloads the signed document along with the audit trail showing when and by whom each action was taken, and can put it where you ask.

Connect it for the whole workspace and everyone shares it, with one person authorising once. A connection you would rather not share, a personal inbox for instance, can stay personal to you.

Yes, and it starts that way: a fresh connection can look but not touch until you say otherwise. Even with write access granted, anything that changes or sends waits for an approval.
