Zoom, scheduled from the conversation.

Ask for Thursday's meeting, the webinar's registrants or last week's transcript. Cedric proposes the change in Zoom and waits for your yes.

$50 in free credits when you sign up. No card needed.

  • Zoom meetings get scheduled in a hurry, and the join link gets lost in a thread.
  • Ask Cedric to schedule the meeting with a topic, time, duration and agenda, and the join link comes back in the reply.
  • Webinar registrants can be listed, added or approved from the thread, and their join links fetched.
  • After the meeting, Cedric pulls the cloud recording, the transcript, and who joined, when, and for how long.
  • Cancelling a meeting, deleting a recording or emailing registrants is confirmed first, and some actions need admin permissions on your Zoom account.

What can a Zoom AI agent do?

The first thing a team wants from Zoom is a meeting that exists, with the right people holding the link. A Zoom AI agent does that from the conversation. Cedric schedules a meeting with a topic, time, duration, agenda and password, returns the join link, and can make it recurring or apply the account's personal meeting settings, such as a waiting room or auto-recording. It lists, looks up, updates and cancels upcoming meetings for a user, so the moved meeting is moved in Zoom, not just in the thread.

Webinars carry more logistics. Cedric creates and manages them, including panelists and registration settings, and handles the registrant list: adding people, listing who has registered, approving them and fetching their join links. When the registrant count is the thing everyone keeps asking about, it becomes a question in the channel.

After the meeting comes the part nobody wants to do by hand. Cedric retrieves cloud recordings and transcripts for past meetings and pulls attendance: who joined, when, and for how long. The recording and transcript are the raw material for meeting notes and a follow-up. It can also list and manage account users, their settings and license or role assignments, where your Zoom role allows it. Request limits depend on your Zoom plan, and some of these actions require admin permissions.

The morning after

Who came, what was said, and a recording to delete.

Lena Brandt9:14 AM

@Cedric how many people actually joined yesterday's product webinar, out of the registrants, and grab the transcript. Also delete the recording of Monday's rehearsal.

CedricAPP9:15 AM

The webinar had 184 approved registrants; 121 joined, median stay 38 minutes, 14 left in the first five minutes. Transcript retrieved (52 minutes), I can summarize it or post it here. Two recordings exist: Monday's rehearsal (41 minutes) and yesterday's webinar (55 minutes). Proposed: delete the rehearsal recording only. The webinar recording stays.

Delete Monday's rehearsal recording?

Registrants listed, added or approved and their join links fetched; panelists and registration settings managed.

Pulled

The cloud recording, the transcript and the attendance for a finished meeting: who joined, when, for how long.

Connect Zoom in a minute

No setup project, no workflow builder, no field mapping. The flow is the same for every tool Cedric connects to.

  1. 01

Install Cedric where your team talks

One click. It joins your Slack like any other member, and everyone shares the same Cedric.

  2. 02

    Connect Zoom from the dashboard

Open the Integrations page and sign in with Zoom on its own screen. Cedric never sees or stores your password, and you can revoke the connection in one click at any time.

A fresh connection can look but not touch: read-only until you say otherwise.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain words

Back in the channel, try it: "schedule a 30 minute zoom with the design team thursday at 3pm". You describe the outcome; Cedric picks the Zoom actions the ask needs. There is nothing to configure.

Connect for the whole workspace so the team shares it, or keep the connection personal. Two accounts are fine too; each gets a short name.

  4. 04

    Let it become routine

Schedule the recurring version of the ask, and let Cedric fold Zoom into bigger jobs that cross your other tools. Anything that would leave your workspace still comes back as a preview to approve first.

Better in company

A Zoom meeting needs a slot in Google Calendar and an invite in Gmail. One ask can do all three: find a free hour, schedule the Zoom meeting, and send the join link to the attendees, with the invite previewed before it goes.

Webinar registrants are marketing data. Ask Cedric for yesterday's attendees and it can match them against the contacts in HubSpot or add them to a Mailchimp audience, proposed first, so the follow-up campaign starts from who actually showed up.

Where the limits are

Zoom is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the Zoom connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.

Cancelling, deleting and emailing are confirmed first. A cancelled meeting, a deleted recording or an email to registrants reaches other people, so Cedric names what it is about to do and waits.

Your Zoom plan and role set the ceiling. Request limits depend on the plan, and managing users, licenses and some account settings requires admin-level permissions the connected user may not have.

Cedric sees what the Zoom connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.

Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.

FAQ

Yes. Zoom is one of the 3,200+ apps in Cedric's catalog: connect it once from the dashboard, on Zoom's own sign-in screen, and ask in plain words. There is no built-in playbook for it, so Cedric works from what the connection can read and do, and tells you when something is out of reach.

This connection does not put Cedric in the room. It works with what Zoom keeps: the schedule, the registrants, the cloud recording, the transcript and the attendance report. Ask for the transcript after the meeting and the summary comes from that.

Only what the connected user can see in Zoom. Recordings and attendance for meetings that user hosts or has access to are reachable; account-wide access depends on that user's role, and Cedric says so when a recording is out of reach.

Connect it for the whole workspace and everyone shares it, with one person authorising once. A connection you would rather not share, a personal inbox for instance, can stay personal to you.

Yes, and it starts that way: a fresh connection can look but not touch until you say otherwise. Even with write access granted, anything that changes or sends waits for an approval.
