Invite an AI teammate to your next meeting
Add Cedric to a call by link or calendar invite. It takes the notes, answers when you say its name, queues what people commit to, and posts the summary where the work happens.
Plenty of tools transcribe a call. Nobody reads a transcript. The parts worth keeping are the decisions, the commitments, and the things somebody now has to do, and those are exactly what falls through when the call ends and everyone goes back to their inbox.
What makes Cedric different in a meeting is that it is the same Cedric as the one in your channel: same connected tools, same shared memory. It can answer a question during the call from live data, and when someone commits to something it treats that as work to queue, not a sentence to write down.

Invite it
Two ways in. Drop the call link in the thread and ask Cedric to join, best for the meeting somebody started five minutes ago. Or add Cedric's address to the calendar invite like any colleague; it joins on its own at the start time. Set it once on a recurring series and every occurrence is covered.
Cedric is a visible participant, not a hidden listener. Say so at the start; it is courteous, and in many places legally necessary.
- 02
Ask it, by name
"Cedric, what did we ship for them last quarter?" It answers out loud, from your connected tools. It takes notes the whole time and says nothing unless addressed.
- 03
Approve what it caught
When the call ends it posts the summary to the channel where the work happens, so the people who were not in the room get the outcome next to the conversation it came from. Every action it picked up is queued for approval, never executed live in the room.
Where it works
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. When the last person from your workspace leaves, Cedric leaves too.
One thing to know
It will not act during the call. A commitment made out loud becomes a proposal in the channel afterwards, with a yes button. That delay is the point: a meeting is where people agree, not where systems change.
FAQ
The summary goes to your workspace's channel, not to the other participants. Forward it if you want them to have it.
Hand it the chair and it keeps time and moves through the items. Otherwise it stays quiet until someone says its name.
