Calendly, from the conversation.

Ask who booked, pull the invitee's answers, make a single-use link. Cedric proposes the cancellation or the invitation and waits for your yes.

$50 in free credits when you sign up. No card needed.

  • Calendly knows who booked what and when, and nobody wants to page through it.
  • Ask in plain words: the meetings booked this week, by organizer or status, with each invitee's answers to the booking questions.
  • Cedric lists the meeting types you offer with their booking links, and creates a single-use scheduling link for one person.
  • It can cancel a meeting with a reason, mark an invitee as a no-show, and invite a new member to the organization.
  • Cancellations and organization invitations cannot be undone, so each one waits for your yes.

What can a Calendly AI agent do?

The everyday question about Calendly is who booked. A Calendly AI agent answers it from the conversation. Cedric searches and lists scheduled meetings by date range, status or organizer, and pulls the invitee details for any of them, including the answers they gave to your booking questions and any payment information attached. It can also retrieve the account, organization and team membership details, and list the meeting types you offer with their booking links and settings.

Sharing a link is the most common action. Cedric creates a single-use scheduling link for a specific meeting type, so one person can book one slot without the public link going anywhere. When plans change, it cancels a scheduled meeting with an optional reason, or marks an invitee as a no-show after the fact. It can invite new members to your organization and review the invitations still pending. Each of these is proposed first, which is how an executive assistant can handle a calendar without surprising anyone.

Cedric can also set up notifications so you hear when a meeting is booked, canceled or rescheduled, in the channel where the work happens. One boundary worth knowing: the connection cannot change your underlying availability. Which hours are open is decided in Calendly and the calendar behind it, not from the thread, and Calendly's rate limits apply as they would to any integration.

The week's demos

Who booked, what they asked for, and a link for the one who did not.

Hannah Lindqvist9:14 AM

@Cedric who booked a demo with me this week, and what did they say they wanted to see? Then make a one-off link for the 45-minute demo for Tomasz at Fenwick.

CedricAPP9:15 AM

Four demos booked this week under "Product demo, 30 min": Ana Duarte (Tuesday, wants the reporting view), Karl Brenner (Wednesday, asked about SSO), Ling Zhao (Thursday, left the question blank) and Omar Haddad (Friday, pricing for 20 seats). Proposed: a single-use scheduling link for "Product demo, 45 min" to send to Tomasz at Fenwick. I will paste it here once it exists.

Create the single-use link?

Looked up

Scheduled meetings by date, status or organizer, with each invitee's booking answers, and the meeting types you offer.

Created

A single-use scheduling link for one meeting type and one person, made on your yes and pasted back into the thread.

Canceled

A meeting canceled with a reason, an invitee marked as a no-show, a member invited to the organization: each confirmed first.

Connect Calendly in a minute

No setup project, no workflow builder, no field mapping. The flow is the same for every tool Cedric connects to.

  1. 01

Install Cedric where your team talks

One click. It joins your Slack like any other member, and everyone shares the same Cedric.

  2. 02

    Connect Calendly from the dashboard

Open the Integrations page and sign in with Calendly on its own screen. Cedric never sees or stores your password, and you can revoke the connection in one click at any time.

A fresh connection can look but not touch: read-only until you say otherwise.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain words

Back in the channel, try it: "what meetings are booked with me this week?". You describe the outcome; Cedric picks the Calendly actions the ask needs. There is nothing to configure.

Connect for the whole workspace so the team shares it, or keep the connection personal. Two accounts are fine too; each gets a short name.

  4. 04

    Let it become routine

Schedule the recurring version of the ask, and let Cedric fold Calendly into bigger jobs that cross your other tools. Anything that would leave your workspace still comes back as a preview to approve first.

Better in company

Calendly says who booked; Google Calendar shows the rest of the day around it. Ask for both in one go, and the reminder or the prep note can leave through Gmail on your yes.

An invitee's booking answers are the first line of a CRM record. Cedric can read the answers in Calendly and propose the contact or the deal note in HubSpot or Salesforce, so the demo is on the record before it happens.

Where the limits are

Calendly is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the Calendly connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.

Cancellations and invitations cannot be undone. Canceling a meeting or inviting a member to the organization is final, so Cedric asks every time before either.

Availability lives elsewhere. The connection cannot change your underlying availability calendar, and requests are rate limited by Calendly.

Cedric sees what the Calendly connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.

Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.

FAQ

Yes. Calendly is one of the 3,200+ apps in Cedric's catalog: connect it once from the dashboard, on Calendly's own sign-in screen, and ask in plain words. There is no built-in playbook for it, so Cedric works from what the connection can read and do, and tells you when something is out of reach.

Not directly. It creates a single-use scheduling link for the meeting type you name, and the person books their own slot through it. Cedric can then tell you when the booking lands.

No. Availability is set in Calendly and the calendar behind it, and the connection cannot alter it. Cedric works with the meeting types, bookings and invitees that availability produces.

Connect it for the whole workspace and everyone shares it, with one person authorising once. A connection you would rather not share, a personal inbox for instance, can stay personal to you.

Yes, and it starts that way: a fresh connection can look but not touch until you say otherwise. Even with write access granted, anything that changes or sends waits for an approval.
