What can a Google Forms AI agent do?
Reading first. A Google Forms AI agent fetches all submitted responses on a form, or a single one, with the per-question answers and, on a quiz, the grades. Cedric filters by submission time, so "what came in since Friday" pulls only the new results, and it retrieves a form's full structure, settings and shareable links when someone asks where the intake form lives. The answers arrive summarized in the channel, including the moment a new client fills in the intake form, which is where client onboarding usually starts.
Building is the rest. Cedric creates a new form with a title and description, and on an existing form it adds, reorders, edits or deletes questions, sections, images and videos. It can convert a form into a graded quiz and set the correct answers, point values and feedback for each question, so a training check comes out of a thread rather than a Sunday afternoon. Every edit is proposed first, because a change to a live form overwrites what the next respondent sees.
Cedric can also set up notifications so new submissions or edits to a form are picked up automatically, rather than found on the next visit. A few things the connection does not do: it cannot submit answers on someone's behalf, it cannot list every form in your account (name the form or share its link), and deleting a form happens through file storage rather than through the form itself.

Proposed edit to "Workshop sign-up": a short-answer question "Any dietary requirements?" inserted after "Full name", optional. The form stays live while it changes, so the next person sees the new question.

A sign-up response can become an invite in Google Calendar and a confirmation drafted in Gmail, each proposed before it goes out, so the intake form is the start of the onboarding rather than a list to copy from.
Where the limits are
Google Forms is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the Google Forms connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.
Edits overwrite the live form. A change to a question or a section replaces what the next respondent sees, so Cedric shows the edit and asks first.
Some things stay outside the connection. Cedric cannot submit answers on someone's behalf, cannot list every form in your account (name the form or paste its link), and deleting a form happens through file storage rather than here.
Cedric sees what the Google Forms connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.
Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.
