Lists, campaigns and revenue, from the thread.

Ask who is subscribed, what last week's campaign earned, and when the next one goes out. Cedric proposes the change in Klaviyo and waits for your yes.

  • Klaviyo holds the audience: who subscribed, what they bought, which list or segment they sit on.
  • Ask in plain words: the size of a segment, one customer's subscription status, the revenue a flow brought in.
  • Cedric creates or updates profiles, moves people between lists, and drafts or schedules the campaign, proposed first.
  • Performance comes back as numbers: opens, clicks, orders and attributed revenue, per campaign and per flow.
  • Sending a campaign or changing someone's subscription touches real customers, so it always waits for your yes.

What can a Klaviyo AI agent do?

Most questions about the audience are lookups. A Klaviyo AI agent answers them from the conversation. Cedric finds a customer's profile with their contact details, subscription status and activity history, browses the lists, segments and tags to say how the audience is organized and how large each group is, and reads the events tracked for a customer, such as their orders. It can also record new events, a purchase or a custom activity, when something happened outside Klaviyo.

Then there is the work of keeping the audience right. Cedric creates or updates profiles, adds or removes people from lists and segments, and subscribes or unsubscribes a contact from email and SMS marketing. On the sending side it creates, reviews and schedules email or SMS campaigns and checks their send status. Each of these comes back as a proposal before anything changes, which is what makes it safe to hand the marketing agent the list.

The numbers close the loop. Cedric pulls performance metrics and reports: opens, clicks, orders and the revenue attributed to each campaign and each flow, for whatever period you name. It also manages the supporting pieces, email templates, coupons and product catalog items, so a campaign can be assembled from what already exists. Automated flow logic stays in Klaviyo's own editor; Cedric reads what flows earn but cannot fully build or edit them.

@Cedric how did the restock email do last week, and is the Friday campaign ready? If it is, schedule it for 9am Friday to the VIP list.

CedricAPP9:15 AM

The restock email went to 12,400 profiles: 41% opened, 6.2% clicked, 188 orders, 14,900 attributed. The Friday campaign "Autumn edit" exists as a draft with the VIP list (2,310 profiles) as its audience and no send time set. Proposed: schedule it for Friday at 9:00 your time. Subject line and template stay as saved; say so if either should change.

No setup project, no workflow builder, no field mapping. The flow is the same for every tool Cedric connects to.

  1. 01

Install Cedric where your team talks

One click. It joins your Slack like any other member, and everyone shares the same Cedric.

  2. 02

    Connect Klaviyo from the dashboard

Open the Integrations page and sign in with Klaviyo on its own screen. Cedric never sees or stores your password, and you can revoke the connection in one click at any time.

A fresh connection can look but not touch: read-only until you say otherwise.

  3. 03

    Ask in plain words

Back in the channel, try it: "how did last week's campaign do?". You describe the outcome; Cedric picks the Klaviyo actions the ask needs. There is nothing to configure.

Connect for the whole workspace so the team shares it, or keep the connection personal. Two accounts are fine too; each gets a short name.

  4. 04

    Let it become routine

Schedule the recurring version of the ask, and let Cedric fold Klaviyo into bigger jobs that cross your other tools. Anything that would leave your workspace still comes back as a preview to approve first.

Better in company

Campaign revenue from Klaviyo and ad spend from Meta or Google Ads can be read in one ask: what each channel brought in this week, side by side, without exporting from three dashboards.

The segment sizes and campaign numbers can land in Google Sheets on a schedule, so the weekly report shows the audience growing (or not) next to everything else the team tracks.

Where the limits are

Klaviyo is a catalog connection, not a built-in playbook. Cedric works from what the Klaviyo connection can read and do; ask in plain words and it says what it can reach there, and what it cannot.

Sending is customer-facing. Scheduling a campaign, sending one, or changing a subscription status reaches real customers, so Cedric proposes each of these and waits. Klaviyo's per-endpoint rate limits apply as they would to any integration.

Flows stay in Klaviyo's editor. The API cannot fully build or edit automated flow logic. Cedric reads what a flow earns and can add people to the lists that trigger it, but the flow itself is built in Klaviyo.

Cedric sees what the Klaviyo connection grants and nothing more. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable from the dashboard, effective immediately.

Nothing sends itself. An email, a post, a change to a record: anything with consequences comes back as a preview for a human yes. That is the design, not a beta caveat.

FAQ

Yes. Klaviyo is one of the 3,200+ apps in Cedric's catalog: connect it once from the dashboard, on Klaviyo's own sign-in screen, and ask in plain words. There is no built-in playbook for it, so Cedric works from what the connection can read and do, and tells you when something is out of reach.

No. Your flows keep running. Cedric reads their performance, adds or removes people from the lists and segments that feed them, and drafts or schedules one-off campaigns. Building or editing the flow logic itself stays in Klaviyo.

Yes, from email and SMS marketing, and it can subscribe them again. Because either change affects a real customer's consent, Cedric shows you who and what before it does it, and waits for your yes.

Connect it for the whole workspace and everyone shares it, with one person authorising once. A connection you would rather not share, a personal inbox for instance, can stay personal to you.

Yes, and it starts that way: a fresh connection can look but not touch until you say otherwise. Even with write access granted, anything that changes or sends waits for an approval.
